Alan joined Accenture in May 2005 as an experienced hire having previously worked for IT Consultancy firms specialising in the implementation and customisation of Enterprise CRM solutions.Since joining Accenture, Alan has worked on numerous projects implementing enterprise applications for clients across industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications and Government in Ireland, UK, Europe and Africa. Throughout Alan has demonstrated his versatility in adaptability to rise to the challenges encountered.

Primarily working on large system implementations projects for clients in Public Sector and Financial Services. Lead distributed project teams, working with colleagues based offshore (India& Mexico), coupled with onshore TA and QA teams to deliver high quality solutions for our clients.

Working across a number of industries and technologies to deliver complex systems implementation projects. Industries included Telecommunications, Financial Services and Public Sector. Primary responsible for implementing COTS platforms such as SAP, Clarity and CRM platforms. Latterly focused on on open source platforms to deliver benefits to clients at reduced cost.

Joined Cap Gemini in Sydney as a Software Consultant primarily to work on a Clarify implementation for a large telecommunications client.

Worked as a Software Consultant in a consultancy firm in Galway Ireland, who specialised in implementing, customising and supporting the Clarify CRM suite of products for large multinational clients.
