Processed hundreds of NCM items per year to support production schedules. Focus on electromechanical and supplier-designed components.• Collaborated with MRB QE for proper disposition on NCM (non-conforming material). Presented Drawings, Reports, and Data Items to the Customer and led workshops to help the Customer understand the content of these documents. Coordinated information with other UTAS business units and teams. Project required participating and coordinating deep dive investigations of Customer technical issues, returned product and writing or coordinating Failure Analyses (FENR’s) as appropriate. • Loaned out to 787 Project Engineering team as a temporary deputy to the Chief Engineer on the 787-8/-9 program.• Expert user of DOORS™ for Customer requirements flowdown, including writing of Procurement Specifications, and ATP’s.
