I have over 30 years’ experience as both a Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager in Managed Service Providers, National Government Departments, IT, and Telecommunications companies. Management of ICT projects both technical and service delivery related taking an end to end approach from the technical implementation to the design of support and delivery processes. Including commercial management of 3rd parties and supporting project delivery across both in house and partner organisations. I also have significant experience of producing and guiding service and project documentation for approval and managing the implementation of agreed plans via formal project governance, transition and acceptance into service processes.My work recently has been on Cloud-based technology, and the provision of Government services via multi 3rd party suppliers in and outside of the SIAM Tower Model . Delivery of technical infrastructure and operational service models for national rollouts and major projects, navigating these services through formal programme delivery, transition and acceptance into service processes.I believe that I show leadership through demonstrating respect, good decision making and engaging with stakeholders, using the team capabilities to their potential. I also see my personality as someone who facilitates delivery by removing obstacles and allowing colleagues to fulfil their roles and responsibilities. I am fair in resolving conflict and a good listener I try to empathise with all elements in the organisation and persuade through reasoned debate and by being clear about the objectives, priorities and tasks that need to be completed to be effective.I tend to see myself as an honest broker and customer champion within a team and my style is a hands-on, supportive approach to all stakeholders.
