I have retired as an attorney after almost 40 years representing and advising employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations law, including litigation in federal and state courts and before such administrative agencies as the EEOC, US Department of Labor, New York State Division of Human Rights, New York City Commission on Human Rights and the NLRB, as well as representing individual executives. This experience has given me a rich understanding of human resources best practices and solutions, so although I will no longer practice law, I am available as an advisor and consultant to both employers and employees on human resources-related matters.
