• Analysed the adherence of municipal public enterprises (MPEs) to best corporate governance practice using the OECD Corporate Governance Scorecard methodology;
• Prepared a report based on the assessments of corporate governance review of 40 MPEs, as well as the readiness of 17 local self-government bodies (LSGs) to employ necessary oversight;
• Assisted in the assessment of 6 LSGs per full Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) methodology, as well as in setting up the baseline assessment of specific PEFA indicators for additional 33 LSGs.
