Full P&L responsibility. Accountable for the overall operation and management of the development & start up of the "Vitality Center" outpatient rehab clinic business in Greater China. Managing staff included doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, occupational therapists, registered nurses, rehab fitness trainers, rehab specialists and other administration staff.
