I was promoted through a series of increasingly accountable positions with my recent promotion to oversee the entire Strategic Planning Process for the company. As VP of Administration, I managed a $14 million budget and 22 staff members and held accountability for the Technology, Construction, Facilities, Team Member Support Center, Payroll, Benefits, and Safety/Security Support Teams. Among my contributions are the following:-- Partnered with the executive team to design the RPM Pizza Strategic Planning Process and collaborated with the Leadership Team to transform strategic plans into executable departmental plans.-- Spearheaded the company winning the 2021 TNCPE Achievement Award, using the Baldrige Framework for Excellence.-- Transformed a dysfunctional construction team into a highly productive, innovative team and coached its director who was later recognized in the Commercial Construction Renovation magazine for his innovation during COVID-19.-- Guided the entire cross-functional office through the successful acquisition and integration of 46 stores in a remote market; quickly scaled the new stores to meet business needs with less than 60 days’ notice. -- Empowered the technology team to convert the entire company to the cloud over two years with no additional cost as legacy systems aged out.-- Enabled the company to predict 90% of all equipment failures, replace units ahead of time, better achieve the capital budget by taking the management of facilities maintenance issues, and projects fully digital.-- Met the challenges of COVID-19 by rapidly changing our new store design; reduced seating in stores already under construction and added additional capacity in the production areas.-- Delivered $1.3 million in savings the fiscal year after working with the CFO and benefits team to quickly change carriers right before open enrollment; two large claims had surfaced just before renewal and switching was key to saving money.

I joined the company when it was a new startup and designed all aspects of a new office including its processes, physical layout, and necessary technology. I worked with the owners and contractors on a $10 million renovation that spanned four years; we built the infrastructure to support up to five concurrent weddings three times per day. I recruited and hired the right talent and placed them in the right positions. We drove a 39% boost in revenue the first year and significantly increased the number of weddings.
