As an Account Manager for the Upstate New York Region, my responsibilities include developing and managing accounts in my territory. Patriot is a company that specializes in electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers [OEMs] and design houses. Patriot's main focus is on excellent quality and response time. Services and technologies include surface mount technology [SMT], through hole assembly, box build functional testing, automatic optical inspection, lead and RoHS assembly secondary operations, and facilitation.

My responsibilities include building Han-Tek's customer base in the northeast by identifying and acquiring new customers. Han-Tek specializes in helping manufacturing and industrial businesses become more productive with materials handling solutions. So whether it's the latest automation and robotics technology or cranes and conveyor systems, we bring creative solutions to our customers.

With in-house capabilities including Electro-mechanical Assemblies, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Stampings, CNC Machining, Turning, Robotic Welding, Paint, CARC, and Powder Coat - Trident is your single source for all of your assembly needs.

I worked closely with the Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality departments at customer locations, including upper Management, providing ideas, suggestions and solutions to a variety of applications. I also served as a connection between customers and Badger Program Management, Engineering, and Quality departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Successfully sold the complete line of Cutler Hammer Industrial Controls products including panels, sensors, and control software to OEM and CM customers.

Introduced and sold the complete line of fluid power products to industrial accounts. The product line included Mac air valves, Bimba cylinders and fittings, Eaton Hydraulic Steering controls, and power units.

Responsible for the sales of of two-way wireless radio communication to industrial accounts, including microwave data transmission.
