Alan K. Mardini is a Partner at Gulla CPA & Advisors, where he leads the Financial Advisory and Consulting Services division, delivering strategic financial solutions that drive growth and value for clients. Beyond his role at the firm, Alan is actively engaged with the broader business community. He serves on the Board of Advisors for The University of Michigan – Dearborn’s College of Business and as an Executive Board Member at the MENA American Chamber of Commerce, where he fosters business connectivity and economic development between the MENA region and the U.S.Alan's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Manager - Consulting at The Siegfried Group, where he provided financial advisory services to C-suite executives at Fortune 500 and Fortune 200 companies, focusing on finance transformation, process automation, and detailed financial analysis.Before that, Alan was a Manager in M&A Transaction Advisory Services, specializing in financial due diligence and delivering comprehensive quality of earnings reviews for both buy-side and sell-side clients, with a particular focus on private equity transactions.Notably, in his earlier positions, Alan was a Manager – Strategy Consulting at CBRE in Dubai, where he built a niche expertise in Real Estate Financial Advisory. Alan was instrumental in establishing a new service line that supported the entire MENA region, and successfully led a team to deliver these services.Alan began his career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, working initially in Business Tax Services before transitioning to M&A Transaction Services as part of Deloitte’s Management Development Program in Chicago.Alan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting & Finance from The University of Michigan and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Corporate Finance at Wayne State University. His academic foundation is complemented by several professional certifications, including Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®), Microsoft Excel Expert, and Financial Statement Modeling.
