• Scaled the Analytics team from a core, central group to a distributed team that partner with our business units to drive decisions with data. Currently have embedded teams partnering with Product/Marketing/CS/Ops/Finance as well as many other teams on cross functional projects.• Unlocked analytics output by building our foundational data marts and models during our smaller “startup” days. These continue to be iterated upon and evolve as the team creates scalable solutions/infrastructure that help democratize insights for the company.• Partnered with our leadership team to drive data strategy during the diligence process for every funding round starting from Series C (our unicorn round).• Created and implemented a “bottoms-up” forecasting model, used to set the company’s overall budget from 2020 onward as well as specific teams yearly/quarterly KPIs.• Designed and constructed a multi-touch attribution model that is currently used for all marketing attribution metrics (CAC/LTV/ROAS) to drive strategy and track results. Model used as the foundation to adjust millions of spend per month.• Established an A/B testing foundation so that most Product/Marketing initiatives are measured and goals set based on incrementality.

• Led a team tasked to identify needs and produce analyses/insights used by various departments. Onceanalyses are adopted, automated reports were built for quicker and easier access/updates.• Acted as the main conduit between the data team and other internal teams as well as external clients. Responsible for training, sales meetings and conference presentations.•Created the “Vlogorithm” a proprietary algorithm that selects creators for campaigns based on avariety of criteria. Use of which halved the average number of talent selection “rounds”.
