I have over 10 yrs experience in the recruitment industry, over 6 years of which was on a desk recruitment for Perm roles in Tokyo in both the Finance and Telco industries. After which I moved into training roles, initially starting as a Systems Trainer, training staff on how to use recruitment CRM's as a sales tool as well as encouraging both staff and management to manage their business through data. I'm also highly skilled in soft skills training, particularity around sales techniques, cold BD, selling, overcoming objection and building long term relationships. I regularly run courses on leadership and management training that incorporates concepts such as EQ, CQ and effective communication.I am passionate about what I do and love positively impacting those I train. I consistently receive feedback that training sessions are interactive, fun, well structured and engaging. Being from Scotland originally and having trained across Asia (Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong) and currently training and living across Australasia (Australia and New Zealand), I've become a confident cross cultural communicator and believe effective communication is the key to success in anything you do.My favourite piece of advice in life is to never stop asking WHY!?
