I’ve enjoyed a hugely rewarding career in Advertising, working in Client Service, Production, Procurement and Learning & Development, from AE to Board level.Now I help Agencies and individuals develop, grow and build their businesses and careers.We cut through the day to day chaos of Agency life and relationships and I help people to have better conversations, both with themselves and those around them. Conversations that focus directly on the key issues and allow people to thrive, achieve their dreams and unlock their true potential.As a Coach, I help people to question their current assumptions and beliefs about whatever it is that’s challenging them, take a fresh look at those issues and decide what they can do to resolve the situation.As a Trainer, it’s all about learning and understanding the skills and techniques that help individuals succeed and helping businesses create a better working environment for everyone.Not just Agencies either – these skills go to the heart of what every successful business does.I’m a qualified Coach, an NLP Practitioner and the Training Programmes I have developed have earned IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) CPD Gold and Platinum Awards in 2015, '16, '17 and '18.My training courses include:- The Confident Manager Training Programme- The Confodent Presenter- Coaching Workshops – using a Coaching led approach in performance management- Feedback – giving objective, constructive and effective feedback. Receiving it too.- Managing People Through Change - Coping with ChangeMy courses originated as classroom based, face to face sessions but are all available virtually via Zoom

The Mission is a group of 14 specialist Agencies, including my previous Agency Bray Leino. It employs over 950 people in 24 offices that take in the length and breadth of the UK as well as offices in Asia and San Francisco. The Group specialises in providing national and international Clients with award-winning marketing, advertising and business communications. Each Agency retains its own unique personality and reputation, whilst at the same time benefiting from the skills, tools and resources available from being part of a larger group.As part of the new Mission Shared Services team, my role embraces delivery of training across the Group, supporting the ongoing development of our Apprenticeship Programme and, as a qualified Coach, giving coaching and mentoring support as required.

Initially working as Head of Early Career Development, starting the Agency's Apprentice programme then developing a complete internal, Agency-wide training programmes that earned IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) CPD Gold and Platinum Awards in 2015, '16, '17 and '18.

This role has run concurrently with my Learning role. I have been one of 4 Project Team members responsible for the design, specification, development, role out and training of the Agency's own Job Costing and Maintenance system, "easl". This is now used across the business and also at 4 sister agencies within The Mission Marketing Group.
