The Graduate Research Associate serves as a success coach for 2nd-year students. Plan and implement personal and professional development workshops for 1st and 2nd-year students. Serve as a co-lead for monthly Barbershop Talks and Spring Leadership Institute.

 Develop educational workshops for student-athletes, aligning with department core values Serve as an advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) Provide leadership skill development & supervise programming for student-athletes Provide communication to student-athletes regarding upcoming leadership development activities Educate student-athletes on postgraduate scholarship opportunities

 Provide excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone calls & email correspondence Assist with donor gift & event payment processing Support donor benefit distribution, stewardship & solicitation efforts Assist in all Athletics Development programming & event management

 Serve as Game Operations point of contact for assigned sporting events Ensure all event needs are communicated, coordinated and executed Develop leadership program for student workers, interns and customer service staff

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHelp with projects and tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing and Director of OperationsAssist in the management of game day staff, including scheduling and giving directionsSet up sponsorship tables, the suite box, bounce houses, etc.Check inventory, keeping accurate records and ordering of food, alcohol and merchandiseRe-stock various inventory and assist in the upkeep of the ballparkWork with the marketing interns to create and implement game day scripts and promotionsEnsure that the stats are correct on the CPL website and send stat updates to the players’ college coaches on a weekly basisMaintain a specified number of office hours
