In November 2023, the business was acquired by the Teleperformance group.Reporting to the Regional Chief Financial Officer, I was responsible to provide financial oversight of the Global English region comprising 10 countries and 15,000 employees. My team and I partnered with the business to drive regional performance. We developed and maintained strong financial processes, provided insightful reporting and KPIs, and ensured effective controls. We ensured effective use of company assets and had value creation at the heart of all decisions. As part of my role, I was co-managing director for a number of legal entities within the region. Key accomplishments included leading turnaround projects, achieving cost savings measures and strengthening financial & board governance.
