Managed Ministry, contract and vendor teams to deliver four multi-million dollar projects; Desktop Transformation, Server & Data Transformation, Applications Remediation and NTS Remediation.Improved the resilience of the Ministry’s key ICT infrastructure - transitioned 11 large business applications to virtualised Blade / Linux platforms, upgraded network security and migrated the Ministry’s core business systems to new, fully supported technologies. In 2011, managed eight major concurrent projects with complex requirements and dependencies; spanning infrastructure, application, security and network changes.
