Some of my work included designing and monitoring a process for examining flagged applications from our field agents' offices where roughly 300,000 new policies began last year. I led a project examining default coverages our applicants see and worked with IT to get these changes implemented. I also analyzed and manipulated data for our underwriter technicians to follow-up on. More recently, I have collaborated with our Pricing department to work on pricing electric vehicles.Two projects I led that impacted the whole company were around Policyholder Retention & Ride-Sharing. In order to retain customers, I led an initiative to standardize policyholder retention in key states utilizing a field led call-plan to not only "save" a customer, but to cross-sell other lines of business. For ridesharing, we needed a way of identifying applicants and customers who might be engaging in ridesharing until a ready, commercial solution could be implemented.
