As a self-employed technical support provider, my responsibilities include managing tech for professional coach-led training sessions, covering an array of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging topics such as imposter syndrome and unconscious bias.

In this role, I develop strategic plans for progressive Jewish community organizing programs that engage and mobilize activists across the state. I provide support to key community leaders in base building progressive Jews to educate, skill up, and take action in support of dismantling antisemitism, expanding Medicaid, reproductive justice, environmental protection, and voting rights, in order to build power with directly-impacted communities. I maintain timely communication with key coalition and movement stakeholders, while balancing competing demands from teammates and community partners. I also oversee and manage cohorts of community members, from initial engagement to involvement in campaign leadership.

In this role, I maintained a comprehensive record of design, build, service, and registration for capital assets and human resources worth +$4M. Additionally, I implemented metrics tracking processes to ensure the operational efficiency of our 200+ van fleet in 20+ nationwide markets, maintaining a minimum of 90% availability at all times.
