o Create a yearly marketing strategy for our electronic prescribing solution identifying what channels we will be utilizing to reach our target audience. This includes digital and print ads, PPC, tradeshows, etc, to propel us throughout the year.o Worked closely with our product team bi-weekly to ensure the features included in the product roadmap sprints meet the pain points of our target audience and improve their day-to-day business. o Educate our sales team to represent the voice of the company to our prospects and provide them with appropriate content to help them move through the sales funnel and convert into customers.o Created, from scratch, competitor battlecards to help sales immediately identify pain points for prospects with their current solutions and include information on how our products can benefit their practice over our competitors. With limited monetary resources, we had to be creative using free and data collection alternatives.o We’ve completely revamped our entire buyer personas from the ground up, including stories, demographics, potential pain points for their positions to ensure we are meeting their needs and highlighting features of our products that are important to them.o Improved our lead generation YOY (‘18 to ‘19 = 9.23% increase) (’19 to ’20 (End of Q3) = 17.57% increase) thru both organic and inorganic channels.o Rebranded our company’s look and voice in 2019. Required industry research to determine colors, logos, existing brand awareness and even desirable fonts that created visually appealing content for prospects/clients.o Built out our SEO plan through Google which lead to an audit of our whole website to ensure we have the most optimized and searchable site. Following our rebuild and SEO audit, we saw an 80% increase in web traffic. o Evaluated valuable tradeshow events for our staff to either exhibit and/or attend to meet with our target audience and increase our brand awareness and lead generation.
