• Responsible for producing personal annual recruitment plan and setting my own budget by ensuring recruitment strategies are developed and executed and effective recruitment KPIs and objectives are met.• Building and managing relations with all internal and external clients to provide a proactive exceptional customer service in order to gain repeat business and ensure that I place the right people with my clients.• Being consultative and knowledgeable on current market trends and talent across the North West, as well as writing and posting targeted job adverts for clients• Negotiating rates/salaries with clients• Interviewing candidates face to face in our office to ensure I am representing candidates of a certain calibre. Advising them on their CVs and performing interview coaching to ensure they perform well. Making sure that I provide a high level of candidate care and keeping them “warm” for clients during the recruitment process.• Account management of my large pharmaceutical clients: making sure the recruitment process is well organised, streamlined and hassle-free for them. I am regularly on site attending “candidate clinics” and maintaining a good after service for them so the temps are happy and attrition rates are good.
