Current-Warmly greets all guests and make a wonderful first impressions.-Process check ins by confirming reservation information, request payment methods, assign rooms and issue keys based on property policies and procedures.-Answer questions, resolve issues and delight guests while aiming to build guests' trust with the company.-Run daily reports and strive to address any special requests while maintaining accuracy.-Handles sensitive information with respect and confidentiality.-Run nightly audit and ensures that daily transactions have been accurately processed and corrected if needed.-Ensure guests' needs are met in a timely manner.-Keep ongoing communications with guests, colleagues and leadership-Receive feedback from guests and share with management team to address comments, issues, and concerns.
