Proud Health and Wellbeing Ambassador for the HSE's 'Little Things' campaign, Cycle Against Suicide and the Gaelic Players Association.Honours Degree in Journalism from DIT and served as the Sports Editor of the Cavan Post newspaper at 17 years of age. Added an MSc in Sports Psychology, Diploma in Sports Psychology, Diploma in PR and a graduate of the NUIM accredited Madden Leadership Programme. Also known for my goalkeeping abilities and have represented Cavan GAA at all levels and was part of the successful Ulster u21 winning team in 2011. Reached the All-Ireland Final and played in Croke Park in the same year.
