·Developed the curriculum for 6 separate two-year courses, including visual identity, workbooks,marketing materials, and all other material necessary for replication of the program.·Developed a franchise business model, including operations manuals, an internal informationmanagement system, and infrastructure necessary for scaling up operations within Croatia andabroad.·Assembled a team of employees, including teachers, program developers, graphic designers,accounts managers, and assistants, to further develop our products and services.·Developing a logistics system for distribution of services and products into international markets.·Currently in the process of expanding our franchise system outside of Croatia, and securing funds fornecessary scaling into new markets.
