- Maintain excellent customer relations by tracking service inbound, outbound, inventory requests, and inquiries to ensure customers are satisfied with resolutions.- Proactively keep email distribution lists up-to-date to minimize complaints, and handle current complaints effectively.- Effectively support the key account department in all administrative areas and perform special projects as assigned such as Panda.- Arrange in-site meetings and resolve any pending issues.- Oversee and communicate with operations for product packing, collections, delivery, and returns.- Coordinate and monitor the activities of merchandisers per shift; attendance, to provide monthly reports to their supervisors and management.- Manage expired and inventory management on monthly basis.

PLACE ORDERS FOR BOOKS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE BOOKSHOP.SELL THE REQUIRED BOOKS TO CUSTOMERS.ASSIST BOOKSTORE STAFF WITH INVENTORY, TROUBLESHOOTING, RETURNS, RESETTING SHELVES.GREETS CUSTOMERS; OPERATES CASH REGISTER; MAINTAINS ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ACCURACY OF CASH AND CHARGE TRANSACTIONS.
