- Participating in department projects.- Coordinating my department quality committees and projectss.- Answer phone calls as it’s needed .- Help stuff to be aware about policies.- Collecting my department data and reported to EDMA.- Help stuff in their needs in the system.- Make guides for the new staff to help them to know about the hospital system. - Coordinating fellowship programs.

1/ I used to be patient care assistant under nursing rehabilitation department , the patient care is the one who solve the lack of communication between patients and foreigner nurses and doctors , pick up patients medication from pharmacy and do daily rounds to make sure that patients are satisfied about hospital service.2/ Participated in many projects that helped the patient to be more aware about the service in our hospital such as regulation and policies. 3/ I participated and translated some projects that helped the service to improve and make the patience more satisfied about our service , some of the the programs are : ( care giver program, quiet talk program , Kaizen projects..)4/ I used to help in my department other needs such as negotiate with the patients family to solve problem in our department before they raise their issues to patient rights.
