I am responsible for the processes and sprints of two squads: Systems Evolution and Architecture & Technology.I define, monitor, and disseminate the agility process adopted by the area, listening to the team and analyzing performance metrics, aligning this data with management. This process covers everything from demand receipt, backlog refinement and structuring, to the execution of agile ceremonies and software delivery. We align our activities and processes with the company’s strategic planning, aiming to be one of the largest and best technology and telecommunications companies by 2027.My activities include:- Agile Leadership: Facilitating the adoption of agile methodologies and promoting continuous improvement.- Conducting Agile Ceremonies: Leading all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and backlog refinement.- Servant Leadership: Supporting and serving the squads, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.- Impediment Removal: Actively removing obstacles to team progress.- Change Management: Coordinating and controlling GMUDs, overseeing the entire development cycle through to publication and communication with stakeholders.- Technical and Business Support: Assisting functional analysts, business excellence analysts, product owners, and the development team, providing guidance as needed. The training analysts focused on the entire system we had developed in my previous positions. Our focus was on implementing a robust system, enhancing existing modules, and creating new ones for non-automated processes.One of the key projects was the creation of a new customer portal with advanced technologies, providing applications for B2C and B2B clients. The portal allowed access to services such as issuing invoice duplicates, and payment via PIX and credit card. This module features a simple, responsive interface that allows for the issuance of equipment loan notes with just one click.In full-stack development, I utilized PHP and Symfony for the backend and CSS and JavaScript to create interactive and responsive interfaces on the frontend. I managed and manipulated data with Oracle and PL/SQL, and implemented MinIO for managing files generated by the signing processes. I used RabbitMQ for processing queues in massive and asynchronous services, and integrated with REST APIs to connect internal and external systems, including SAP MM and SD modules.This experience provided me with a comprehensive view of systems development and technology integration, enhancing my skills in creating efficient and scalable solutions.
