The project I was assigned to as their CFO was to update and install updated internal controls, budgeting, and accounting software systems. Over the course of 20 months, we installed and trained personnel on the use of a brand new accounting software programs which improved productivity, employee morale, and reduced the potential for fraud. Simultaneously we collaborated on the need for an updated CRM system. Getting more done in less time and stress through the use of systems and technology became a byword for my company after this wonderful experience.
