A design team created the form and I created, managed and implemented the development and training of the process. The company realized a reduction in cost of approximately $50,000 and it put time back into everyone's schedule because we no longer had to spend time making duplicates at the copy machine. We also sped up the billing process because the system was primed with all the information needed to start the contract - all we had to do was confirm the equipment was delivered and then press GO!
