November 2009 marked the birth of JetWeb, Inc. a Wireless Internet Service Provider. Carefully positioned JetWeb as a market leader utilizing the present and former dial-up user base as a springboard to launch what later became WispNet after a complex chain of partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. WispNet launched January 2012 as the largest non-cellular Wireless Internet Service Provider in New York State in terms of coverage area, servicing 22,000 square miles.

Founded, Funded and Developed Set Top box hardware that interfaced with a real-time distributed ledger smart contract on a side chain of the Ethereum blockchain network allocating legal free access to major broadcast network ipTV channels' popular programming to the end user, based upon advertisers or other sponsor's interest in the end-user subscriber's audience capacity to tip the scale of ratings of certain broadcast programming to test the Nielsen's ability to accurately report prime time TV audience numbers in the New York City Area's end user subscriber base. In exchange for their set top box potentially switching channels to another program during live TV they are watching, they could enjoy free TV and catch up on the missed programming after prime-time broadcasts had concluded.

Designed, implemented, and maintained a high availability, heterogeneous E-Commerce infrastructure, utilizing Sun's Java technology powered by industry leading ORACLE software; OiAS, through it's beta release, including countless hours of troubleshooting oracle's bugs with their development team and writing a significant portion of their release notes. During which, I was the mediator between ORACLE and CCI development teams to accurately determine fault, and write detailed bug reports that ORACLE used in their release notes. Eventually arriving at a finished product by both companies, that demonstrated "A road-mark balance of scalability, reliability, and security". Systems utilized include Solaris 2.6,2.7, and 2.8. Oracle 8i 8.1.6 & 8.1.7 databases, with Application Servers including OAS, OiAS, 9i AS and Web logic.
