Worked for Hewlett-Packard on the Medicaid accounts for the States of North Carolina and Nevada. For Nevada Medicaid worked on the Provider Screening and CAQH-CORE projects.For North Carolina worked on the D.0 conversion project - converted the Medicaid Pharmaceutical Online System (POS) and other projects specifically for the Affordable Care Act.

Worked on Trust Accounting at Comerica Bank. Also worked on an Access D/B Project.

Worked as a Business Analyst on the AIX/Nova Management/General Liability Project.

Worked on the IRS V8.0 and Safe Box Accounting V10.0 (SBA) Systems. Primary responsibilities included customizing and upgrading to the most recent release of Check Free programs. Worked with a co-worker to implement the IRS customized Check Free system on time and error free. Most recently completed the implementation the SBA online and batch system.

Worked for Keane Inc. at Hanover Ins. Group (Citizens Ins.): Worked on Reporting and Financial Systems. Primary responsibilities included work on regulatory and maintenance requests. Worked (18 months) on the AS400 Payroll Deduct System. The Payroll Deduct System utilizes COBOL, CL, AS400 Databases.

Worked at Ford Credit providing support for conversion projects for various business systems. Primary activities include: Progammer/Analyst on the Ford Credit North American Conversion Project (FCNA) for the Debt Management System. Primary responsibilities included the New Accounts and Workflow applications. Project leader on the CARS 5.0 conversion project. Lead a programming team through four major tests. Each test consisted of replicating a complete mainframe computer system then executing all business applications with new release changes applied. The goal of the testing was to insure that all business systems would execute within the 15 hour batch window. Individual responsibilities included documenting processes, coordinating the test schedule, communicating between various groups, coordinating meetings with programmers and the steering committee, and post test statistical reporting and analysis. Lead a group of 17 people to successfully accomplish the project goals.
