Technical expert on the implant process, maintenance, and programming of cardiac devices such as Pacemakers, Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Devices within the Operating room, Emergency room, in-patient rooms, and Cardiac Clinics. Dispersion of technical information to clients with varying levels of understanding. Complex problem solving through acquisition of information to create accurate diagnoses. Stakeholder prioritization listening to customer wants, developing customer needs and delivering actionable solutions. Multi-level, customer facing interactions with patients, clinic staff, nursing staff, surgery technicians and Physicians. High level technical problem solving during high intensity situations. Project development and implementation for team-wide training and inventory management.
