I started my experience in the IT field Engineering small business networks locally in the Paradise, Chico California location, this was a metric driven environment while creating growth for our future business owners. Dental offices, private practices, and anybody willing to jump on a board with What we called Chico IT Solutions, this is how my big dreams started! I learned to thrive in the Enterprise Administration environments, I wanted something bigger, exceeding metrics, and now creating processes integrated with critical incident management to produce a workflow of efficiency in all aspects of enterprise Technology. I pride myself in staying Proactive and Following Through! I firmly believe Over communicating with an ITIL foundation is how magic is made. Consistent cross training and education is my key to growth, I am never afraid to ask questions. I work best when surrounded by those individuals with the same vision, ask once, refine the process, and most of all create success.
