I've assembled, lead and managed few internal and external teams (spanning selling, marketing, hrm, coding, sysadmining etc.), self coded few fully functional system prototypes. Not to go wild here I experienced the "software startup spin" in all its glory.

Worked as developer developing some (crazy) software in C# nad .NET for financial industry which was used in most financial institutions in our country. It was small team (around 15 folks)—nice starter team experience with gigantic responsibility and a great intro into financial industry.
