Responsibility for 50 employees and 8 direct reports. • Led site cultural transformation strategy, primarily focused on engagement and results focus. Delivered 35% YOY productivity improvements resulting from reduction in headcount and step change in operational efficiencies; $5M in COGS savings with yield improvements from 90% to 98% across key processes. Spearheaded several initiatives focused on increasing “right first time rates” including best in class batch record redesign with poke-yoke philosophies and also laser focus on CAPA design and execution.• Led design of leadership training program and roll out for all managers on site incorporating fundamental leadership and lean principles.• Site lead for KPI development and Factory Scorecard Roll Out.• Completion of validation for $2M (Capex) New Blister packaging line. • Project lead for compression tooling maintenance and de-blistering projects (~$350k spend) focused on improvement in compliance standards and yield optimization.• Championed site organizational review focused on role clarity/responsibilities and adopting lean principles.

Plant was a unionised facility.•Restructured and synchronised leadership team establishing cellular working, process rigour and clear accountabilities. Delivered a clear step change in KPI’s with OEE increasing 600bps to 71%.
