I perform economic and financial analysis, and develop complex valuation models to basic research support; including excel modelling, cost of capital calculation, research, database managing, report drafting and on-site presentations/meetings. The analysis involved companies from the oil & gas, electricity generation and pharmaceutical sectors. I participate in several stages of litigation engagements and provide support for expert testimony primarily in the international arbitration arena, in courts such as ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, and others. I participated in cases involving companies with investments in Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, Italy, France and Qatar.

I worked with both law firms and legal departments identifying key issues, applying appropriate economic and financial theories, and using empirical techniques (e.g. financial modeling) to develop independent and objective analyses and opinions. Provided economic insights into regulatory, political risk insurance, and valuation issues underpinning international arbitration contract disputes between private investors and governments, involving issues like investors' expectations, complex regulatory issues, indirect expropriation issues, sovereign insurance claims and damages quantification in front of international arbitration panels.

Performed transfer pricing analysis to prime line companies. Performed credit lines analysis and several intercompany transactions. Performed advisory, consulting and design of company policies of economic groups. Performed activities of financial statements analysis, external audit support, reporting, documentation and risk assessment. As a senior analyst, I worked in teams with managers and have in charge a group of three junior analysts. I had assigned a group of clients ranging between 25 to 30 companies. In addition, I was in charge of the assessment and analysis of interest rates and market synthetics for the analysis of intercompany financial operations.
