Terminal 5

Accountable for the all aspects of the Engineering and Facilities proposition of both hard and soft services of the Terminal 5 campus, including Europe's busiest Track Transit System providing safe and efficient transportation between buildings. Delivering a great service to the circa 70,000 passengers a day using the Terminal of which key client makes up.

Heathrow Airport, Terminal 1

Led the operational delivery for Hard & Soft Services across Heathrow’s Terminals, spearheaded the building and service improvement strategy successfully aligned to the commencement of the 2012 London Olympics and commenced building end of life demobilisation of Terminal 1 for closure.

Project role Leading the design, tender and construction of several energy centres and associated infrastructure cost £50m, including letting the biomass fuel supply term contract worth £3m p.a.Responsible for Delivering Heathrow's Thermal Energy demands 365 days of the year via primary district heating and cooling infrastructure to Heathrow's Terminal's &.

Fixed Term, Covering Maternity LeaveCapital project’s role, defining standards and setting requirements for capital projects. Responsible for Public Health & Water Infrastructure for BAA Group Airports.

Led operational delivery of infrastructure services across Heathrow Airport campus. Operational and Maintenance delivery for Heathrow's water Assets, including life safety systems, public health and environmental compliance.

Led the services requirement for Terminal 5 opening, setting out scopes and specifications, tendering supplier selection and mobilisation - £30m p.a.

Ownership of the maintenance standards across BAA (British Airports Authority) group airports; setting direction and continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset performance.
