As an assistant general manager at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited, I lead and coordinate the daily operations of the casino, ensuring high-quality customer service, food and beverage, and gaming experiences. I work with the general manager and other department heads to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures, as well as to monitor and evaluate the performance and satisfaction of the staff and guests.I have a collage diploma in hospitality in food and beverage management from Fanshawe College, where I gained extensive knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry, such as menu planning, inventory control, cost management, sanitation, and safety. I also have two years of experience as an assistant manager at Firehouse Subs, where I supervised the staff, handled the cash register, and resolved customer complaints. In addition, I have one year of experience as a host at Spectra, where I greeted and seated the guests, managed the reservations, and assisted the servers. These experiences have enabled me to develop strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.I am passionate about providing exceptional hospitality services to the guests and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for the staff.
