In my role as regional safety specialist, I support our account executives and account leaders in 4 states by actively seeking out safety opportunities within our existing book of business. I work with our customers to uncover solutions in safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness, including turnkey AED solutions in the workplace. I own the sales process from presentation of the solution to implementation. I have established myself as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Missouri Area

Hagemeyer (now Vallen Supply Co.) is a leader in the industrial and safety/PPE distribution market. I was responsible for growing sales in a new footprint in the Missouri market, focused on OEM customers. I had a successful track record creating cost-saving solutions and identifying ways to keep employees safe on the job. I worked with process engineers and continuous improvement teams (CIT) to implement new strategies to streamline and remove cost. I was recognized by our key customers as a true supplier partner through the diligence in identifying and implementing solutions for them.

North America

Imperial Supplies is a leader in supplying low-cost components and safety products to the fleet and transportation industry. In this interim position as National Account Executive, I managed relationships at our national accounts. I met regularly with our key contacts to establish goals and to identify opportunities represented the company at symposiums and trade shows.

EFC International is a leader in solutions-based applications for specialty fastening components and systems. As Business Unit Manager for plastic injection molded components, electrical products, and cold-headed products (threaded and non-threaded), I was responsible for identifying and promoting innovative products and suppliers to our customer base. Supported the outside and inside sales initiatives by providing qualified, competitive sources, the latest innovations and training to increase market share in the automotive industry. Promoted to Sales manager and directed inside and outside sales in a 7 state region and Mexico.

Endries International is a leader in their industry in solutions for managing low-cost components to OEM companies. I invested over 17 years with Endries in multiple positions, all based out of St. Louis. My last position, was District Manager for a multi-state region. My responsibilities included establishing vendor manged inventory (VMI) programs for OEM customers, hiring and training of staff to operate the VMI systems, maintaining customer relationships through regular contact and scheduled business reviews. I grew the business by sourcing new products at exisiting accounts, cost containment by initiating VA/VE opportunities, and by working with sales mangers on key prospects. I had P&L responsiblity for 6 branch locations and managed 15 employees. Nothing but praises for the Endries organization!
