Through work and life experiences I learned about my innate ability to lead. I've been cultivating and growing those personal traits along my technical skills, which allowed me to successfully work with teams and companies from different sizes and backgrounds. I lead by example, using my knowledge of organizations, technologies and processes to direct and instruct the people I work with. I always aim for the the simplest solution that delivers the most value to customers, because I believe that keeping it simple, with open and clear communication focused on customer needs, is the guaranteed path for delivering amazing products.
