Triangle Volleyball Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2002. The Triangle Volleyball Club focuses on the personal and athletic development of student-athletes, and creates a safe, positive, and effective learning environment in which student-athletes strive to achieve individual excellence within a team dynamic.

Responsible for providing leadership, vision, and management to the Event Operations department. Help establish the tactical and strategic direction, as well as the implementation of, initiatives and programs within the department. Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes. Act as the lead customer to the Information Service Division on system changes affecting the department. Lead the staff in addressing business, operational, and departmental issues. Write complex queries and create custom reports to support staff needs. Prepare and participate in presentations and recommendations for the Board of Directors. Identify process improvements within the department to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Interact with multiple levels of management, support organizations, and external customers. Develop annual budget and monitor actual vs. budgeted throughout the fiscal year.
