I opened Epee Consulting LLC in the summer of 2019. My consultancy enables me to continue my 20 years of supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry, while giving me the freedom to develop my virtual education business, Epee Education, where we provide the topics that schools don't teach.Within my consultancy business, I provide my clients support in project management, owner representation/advisory, design/engineering review and advisory, and space/occupancy planning for offices and labs. I also have a professional collaboration in staffing with Consolidated Consulting and Management (CCM) to help my clients find people who will be a good fit for their companies.

Primarily, managing the engineering study and design projects for pharmaceutical laboratory and facility renovations.Projects have included:1. Business and engineering consulting for a client to assess an abandoned foreign site. Assessment included property, facility, process equipment, utilities, and permitting, tax, regulatory, supply chain, and Human Resourcing considerations for the company to determine the best course of action for the site.2. $14MM project consisting of all phases of design to relocate a deteriorating buried site steam main to over roofs and above ground. Consisted of a mile of large, high pressure steam and condensate pipe supported on buildings that were not built to accommodate the associated loads. 3. $12MM off-site lab building renovation. Off-site building that was laid-up needed to be restarted and renovated for a variety of upstream, downstream, and analytical biotech lab functions.4. Serving multiple functions across the C&Q team working on equipment and automation to restart the production lines for many popular drugs at a Pharma site under Consent Decree.5. $4MM dollar renovation project to integrate scientists from a newly acquired company into existing site real estate.6. Master Planning assessment to re-locate an R&D division to a new site between several potential locations.7. Site Steam Main Failure Analysis and Temporary Remediation Design (precursor of #2)8. Vivarium Lab Suite with PET/CT technology9. GMP Cell Culture Laboratory Renovation10. Design of a Clean Room Inside an Existing Lab11. Provided on-site engineering support at Merck Pharmaceuticals. Developed skills in maintenance and reliability, HVAC, BAS, AutoCAD, and project management.

I ran two production lines that impregnated catalyst solution into catalytic converter substrates. Responsible for metal usage, meeting production quotas and time tables, supervising union operators, loading metals to product specifications and handling rework when necessary.
