With over a decade of progressive experience in customer engagement, administrative management, new media, and marketing communications, I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and positive experiences. Through my current employer, I’ve had the privilege of working with reputable organizations such as Changi Airport Group and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, where I strive to enhance the customer journey and foster effective communication at every level.My background in Mass Communications from MDIS and my journey as a hard-of-hearing individual have shaped my empathetic and resilient approach to both my work and personal life. I believe in the power of adaptability, and I'm committed to lifelong learning and growing continuously.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am actively involved in community initiatives, particularly supporting youth development and advocating for individuals with special needs.
