Represented Singapore on international security and cybersecurity issues at the UN First Committee during the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, and supported Singapore's participation in multi-stakeholder discussions on international cyber norms and capacity building (e.g. OEWG, UNGGE).

• Developed and launched the Tripartite Standards initiative. • Facilitated negotiations between Tripartite Partners, and secured the buy-in of over 500 organisations into the Tripartite Standards.

• Coordinated over 500 workstreams to facilitate the restructuring of the former Workforce Development Agency into Workforce Singapore (WSG) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). • Led organisational development efforts related to the setting up of WSG, including the development of WSG's inaugural mission, vision, corporate plan, and KPIs. Led evaluation of SkillsFuture policy outcomes.
