I’ve consistently grown revenue over the past two decades in multiple organizations by delighting customers, motivating staff, while doing everything possible to reduce costs. This explains my career path from engineering, business to education. My most recent work has been in cyber security, board governance, data visualization and talent development. Accomplishments:• Implementing a Cybersecurity Program at a $1B insurance organization including Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Incidence Response.• Advising a $1B insurance org on IT strategy and direction for a portfolio of technology projects, including GIS, Social Media, Business Intelligence and dashboard design for executives.• Led a team of 25 managing all facets of academic operations for School of Business with $11M in revenue and 1200 students.• Developed a database solution for a $2B asset management company.• Developed "next generation" model of education using ePortfolios, Learning Analytics, featuring competency-based design, standardized rubric-based assessment, real-time data collection and smart device delivery.• Converted a portfolio of 50+ courses into Canvas LMS with ePortfolio and assessment tools using Via/LiveText.• Co-developed quantitative model of customer satisfaction and retention, identifying at risk programs and delivered a $4M revenue enhancement.• Managed successful conversion of a $10 million product line to a new material, generating annual cost savings over $600k and $3M new revenue.
