Recruited key talent for Business Development, and were awarded a $3m homeless services contract in NY, acquired a $600k retirement community in TN, won a $300k homeless services contract in DC, and received hundreds of thousands of dollars in various grants, advancing the strategic initiatives of diversified funding, populations, and service lines. 3. Led the organization through a recasting and expansion of its mission and successful rebranding, resulting in an expanded, more inclusive mission statement, a new, sleeker, professional logo, and an overall re-invigoration of the brand, positioning it to be more externally facing.4. Built personal networks that allowed for the inaugural St. John’s Community Services Oyster & Beer Fest, sponsored by the new Guinness Brewery in Maryland, to be held on November 21st, donated by the most sought after venue at District Wharf in D.C. Leveraged and unlocked all available organizational assets to develop a plan that will ensure long term financial liquidity and viability, bringing expenses in line with actual revenue.

Charged with the overall success of the organization, and for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction that would lead to successfully achieving its mission. 2. Primary external face and voice of the organization, which included interfacing with the media, building community relationships and strategic partnerships, and speaking engagements leading to increased awareness, volunteerism, and financial support. Primary liaison with the Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance, reporting on results, encouraging engagement, and recruiting new members.3. During my leadership tenure the Rescue Mission; built a $7.2 million award-winning Day Center and 183 bed Emergency Shelter, expanded into its fourth community with the establishment of the Ithaca Rescue Mission, increased the housing capacity of the Auburn Rescue Mission from 10 to 28 units, expanded the Social Enterprise Thrifty Shopper chain from 12 to 16 stores generating over $11 million annually, was awarded over $16 million in capital grants, and had raised over $3 million of a $5.7 million capital campaign during its quiet phase.
