As a part of the team at she.com, I play a leading role in digital transformation to enhance the development/operation efficiency and effectiveness.During my tenure, I lead the team in the following initiatives:- Digitally transforming the team to collaborate online with cloud services.- Rebuilding the infrastructure from on-prem servers to auto-scale cloud service (Kubernetes) to improve security, stability, and flexibility.- Re-developing the software development process with DevOps/CICD to reduce the code deployment effort and increase reliability.- Introducing industry-standard tools/technologies like Slack, JIRA, Figma, Canva, AWS, Co-polit, Generative AI, RAG to improve communication, development efficiency and creativity.- Providing e-commerce solutions to Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific team, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Philippine, Vietnam, and Taiwan, as well as MHIS in France.- Developing different web campaigns/sites for clients like Gaw Capitals, Cigna, AXA, Dyson, Clinique, Disney, Chef Nic, Rado, Olay, Avene, SKII, and Alcon.

DCF is an innovative platform that develops O2O music concerts, that revolutionized the music industry by bringing live concerts to audiences worldwide through cutting-edge technology. As a team lead at DCF, I played a pivotal role in developing the first concert live streaming platform in Asia.During my tenure, I led the team in the following initiatives:- Developing the live streaming platform (web & app) from scratch.- Designing a content delivery infrastructure to ensure stability and low latency.- Streaming live concerts globally, including China.- On-site coordination with production crews for live streaming.- Re-designing the infrastructure to ensure stable connection for live streaming.- Coordinating with China team to develop the concert censorship process.

As a team leader at SOLITON, I was responsible for overseeing the development and operations of a cloud-based music streaming service. Our platform aimed to connect audiences with niche singers and bands from anywhere in the world, using breakthrough functions such as voice recognition song searching, social and geo-location playlists, and music recommendations based on music fingerprint, lyrics natural language learning, and social circles.Collaborating with the CTO, CFO, COO, and CCO, I ensured the technical developments met our business objectives. Budgeting development and operational costs, I ensured that our ROI met year-end targets. I led a team of 20 people to develop our music streaming platform and negotiated with vendors like Rackspace, Oracle, and AWS to build our application infrastructure.I also coordinated with music labels for digital content exchange and worked with TELCOs to provide SOLITON as a value-added service (VAS) to their customers. To reduce costs and improve flexibility, I migrated our infrastructure from on-prem servers to AWS.In addition to overseeing daily operations, including subscription management and music data exchange with different music labels, I researched blockchain technology for digital rights and music distribution.
