Financial Analyst
Current·Submit monthly invoices for 12 programs; this includes conducting research and validation of program spending and purchase orders, performing various calculations, and compiling all supporting documentation.·Assist development and review of program and contract budgets, reporting financial data such as profit and loss statements, trended analysis and notifying program managers about any significant changes. ·Prepare monthly reports for each program extracted from Sage Intacct, Nexonia, and SharePoint: Prebill (Employee Time with Hourly Cost), Monthly Expenses, Accruals, A/R Aging, Travel, Reclassification, Admin Allocation, and Program Mapping.·Recognizing unforeseen audits and providing a solution within a tight deadline to the counties of Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, and Solano.·Analyze and calculate administrative expenses and the appropriate allocation to all program’s funding sources.·Present financial data in various meetings with program managers to discuss monthly expense reports.·Ad hoc analysis of financial issues and ensure accurate program accounting results.·Manage contract renewal dates and provide financial compliance with government agencies.
