I applied myself in the US Army as a Platoon Sergeant. The civilian equivalent is a first line manager of several Repair Sections. I always looked to grow outside of that occupation. I attended UMUC while in service and received an Associate of the Arts in Business management. I invested in Real Estate and became a Small Business owner. The two fields overlapped in dealing with people, assets, customer service, overseeing repairs and meeting organizational requirements. I worked overhauling Kiowa warrior helicopters after leaving service and really enjoy the technical aspect of all things in Aviation Maintenance. When the Federal Government had budget issues in 2013, I was one of the individuals that suddenly was forced to recycle my career. I have experience in Real Estate and moved into that field. I established my company to manage rental property. I have had twenty years experience managing my own properties. I am now licensed and can perform this service for investors. I have enough experience to be able to guide investors through the process. During this transition period, I connected with 37th Parallel Properties, LLC. from Virginia. I learned from them and I was able to show them a few things. I am grateful to have met them. I am now able to grow and improve my business full time. Many of my experiences have been invaluable in my abilities and education. I am continuing my education and I earned my bachelor's degree as of Dec of 2017.
