Actively engaged in the fields of legal reforms, legislative drafting and strategic development of civil justice systems. Extensive experience in international commercial arbitration, both in the capacity of administrator, arbitrator and the legal counsel. One of founding fathers of the CEPEJ; honorary member of the Council of the International Association of Procedural Law (IAPL).Specialties: Civil procedure, access to justice, legal aid, arbitration, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, evidence, comparative law, efficiency of justice.
