Through careful assessment and critical analysis, I evaluated and selected an integration partner and developed business requirements in support of the strategic CRM deployment. I was able to select, develop, and deploy a Siebel 99.5 based solution to field agents, call centre representatives, and administrative staff. This implementation included Siebel Call Centre and Siebel Field Sales modules as well as Financial and Insurance Industry modules which were integrated with six existing back office systems including policy administration systems, marketing systems, and corporate systems.
