As senior vice president and head of strategic portfolio management with Wells Fargo Home Lending, I created and executed strategies that advance business goals. Along with a high performing team of more than 100, I helped to optimize both timely loan transfers and monthly sales. Committed to driving positive results, I delivered a gain of $1.6B by divesting high risk loans with $83B in unpaid principal. I also reduced the overall portfolio of delinquent loans by 10% to achieve a savings of more than $100M. Above all, I strive to create a culture in which everyone is poised for success.
